The Femme Den is an internal movement at Smart Design, founded by four international women: Erica Eden (American), Agnete Enga (Norwegian), Yvonne Lin (Chinese-American), and Gina Reimann (British). We are dedicated to drawing connections between social, cultural, and economic changes in design to satisfy the unmet needs of women consumers.

Our grassroots movement first gathered momentum under the Smart Design radar, working outside of the office during our personal time. Fortunately for us, Smart Design, values individual thinking and embraced our effort, and provided, and continues to provide, guidance and support to the team.
